We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without prior approval of a return request.

Damaged or Defective Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get the exact item you want is to return your current item, and place a new order once your return request is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


Notwithstanding the above provisions, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required.

As outlined above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our refund approval, please contact us at mumvia@outlook.com.
